Michael Sigal

President

Michael has been a Washington resident for most of his life.  His community involvement includes being a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington and serving on the boards of Cardozo Construction Academy, Green Builders Council of Washington DC, DC Chamber of Commerce, DC Scholars Public Charter School, and Yachad. Michael has also served on the committee for DC Jobs Coalition; he’s currently on the DCBIA Legislative, Construction, and Green Committees, the WBC Small Business Committee, and the Focus Real Estate Committee.

 

Kerric T. Baird

Senior Vice President

Kerric oversees all client and subcontractor financial/contractual matters, attending regular job site meetings and ensuring that project operations responsibilities are met. Kerric helps foster long-term working relationships with all of GCS’ subcontractors and clients, including architects, engineers and owners. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and has completed intensive OSHA training seminars.

 

Jack Copeland

Operations Manager

Jack oversees the self-performance of select trades by GCS’ field personnel and reports directly to our President. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial building construction and renovation projects, including office buildings, institutions, hotels, retail, and recreational facilities.
