Michael Sigal

President

Michael has been a Washington resident for most of his life. His community involvement includes being a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington and serving on the advisory boards of Fidelity & Trust Bank (now EagleBank), Cardozo Construction Academy, and Green Builders Council of Washington DC. Michael has also served on the committee for DC Jobs Coalition; he’s currently a DC Chamber of Commerce Board Member.

Kerric T. Baird

Senior Vice President

Kerric oversees all client and subcontractor financial/contractual matters, attending regular job site meetings and ensuring that project operations responsibilities are met. Kerric helps foster long-term working relationships with all of GCS’ subcontractors and clients, including architects, engineers and owners. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and has completed intensive OSHA training seminars.

Kenny Creel

Operations Manager

Kenny oversees the self-performance of select trades by GCS’ field personnel and reports directly to our President. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial building construction and renovation projects, including office buildings, institutions, hotels, retail, and recreational facilities.
