Project Description: First built in the 1920s, the historic landmark was damaged during reconstruction efforts in 2006.  In 2008, GCS began renovations again which included a new roof and replacement of the structural components which were damaged by the fire.  The original architectural millwork was recreated through the use of new materials containing modern elements, such as monumental stainless steel and a glass staircase.
